he single-pass, closed-circuit EBM Aspirator utilizes air to remove fines, dust, and lightweight material. 

It can be used for grains including corn, soybeans, rice, wheat, barley, and oats, and may be applied to a number of different products including feed pellets.

When foreign material is present and is lighter in density, then using air to separate it by density is an alternative solution.

The EBM aspirator allows air to pass through the product flow at a rate calculated to remove lightweight material — which includes, but is not limited to dust, chaff, hulls, small steams, broken pods and beeswings.

The airflow can be adjusted to accommodate products with different grain characteristics, such as density, size, and shape. Additional adjustments are built-in to each hopper and can be made within the aspirator to help an operator dial-in performance.

As the air passes through the product, the air liftings separate and are pulled into the air vortex, exiting to a bag filter or cyclone.
