unit for easy transport.

Gentle Roll screener with capacity up to 1,500 bph to clean grain (remove fines and overs) and to separate mixed grain approximately 700-1,200 bph depending on mix variables.
RENTAL SCREENER INCLUDES:
- Trailer includes double jacks, brakes, and safety railing.
- Requires 480V power to the panel.
- Trailer requires 2-5/16” ball.
- ¾ Ton or 1 Ton pickup recommended for transport.
- Screens are selected based off of application and extra screens are available.
- Rental contract and security deposit due at pickup.
- Daily, weekly and monthly rental available.

The above chart is based on dry, good flowing product, with a bulk density of 45lbs/ft3 or 720 kg/m3 at 1900 cuft/hr per drum. Capacity varies depending on product specifications and flow. (Screening capacity less for mixed grains.)
