The 9″ Gentle Roll™ Model is offered in a 9″ diameter drum model, utilizing the same gentle rolling action as the standard model, but specifically designed to handle smaller capacities. It’s the perfect fit for small-scale operations who have limited space and/or production, yet are eager to achieve optimal screening efficiency.

SCREEN CONFIGURATIONS

Screen configurations for the 9″ Gentle Roll Model range from one to three screen sections and are determined by the end goal and application. The flexibility of the design allows you to remove fines, overs, fines & overs, or separate by size.

MODEL CHART

To determine the model first choose the number of drums required from the Drum Configurations Chart based on the desired capacity of the application. Then choose the number of screen sections required based on the information under the Screen Configurations section.

The above chart is based on dry, good flowing product, with a bulk density of 45lbs/ft³ or 720 kg/m³ at 1900 cuft/hr per drum. Capacity varies depending on product specifications and flow.
