INDUSTRIAL SCREENER: EFFICIENTLY & EFFECTIVLEY SEPARATES PRODUCT BY SIZE.
The Gentle Roll™ Industrial Screener efficiently and effectively sorts and separates many industrial products by size. The unique drum design and screening action ensures screening efficiency. The Gentle Roll™ requires minimal routine maintenance and is easy to operate.
Screen configurations range from one to five screen sections and are determined by the end goal and application. The Gentle Roll™ uses simple gravity and mild centrifugal force for screening, sizing, and separating. The drum and screen rotate together as one assembly to prevent the drum from grinding the product. Screening efficiency is maximized at approximately 25 sq ft of screening area per section.

Unlike other screeners that shake or vibrate, the Gentle Roll™ does not cause breakage because it gently moves product through a non-vibrating, rotary system. The fully-enclosed Gentle Roll™ is weather-proof allowing for outdoor installation.
